अम्बेडकरनगर लोकसभा की सीट ( Ambedkar Nagar Lok Sabha )  का आजादी के पूर्व बिना नम्बर की लोकसभा का नाम फैजाबाद पूर्व था। इसके बाद नाम अकबरपुर हुआ। 1952 से 2004 तक संसदीय क्षेत्र के नम्बर में कई बार बदलाव है। 2004 तक 23 अकबरपुर नाम और नम्बर की संसदीय सीट अब 55 अम्बेडकरनगर के नम्बर और नाम की सीट है। इसके साथ अन्य कई रिकार्ड स्थानीय संसदीय सीट के नाम है। अम्बेडकरनगर लोकसभा क्षेत्र में विधानसभा अकबरपुर, जलालपुर, टांडा, कटेहरी और गोशाईगंज शामिल है।
