For all the South Indian food lovers there is a good news as  Kerala’s Keralam food festival is being organised by Vivanta by Taj from 18th may to 27th of May .People of Lucknow will be able to enjoy the delicious and authentic South Indian food at the festival specially being cooked by Chef Arun Kumar .

The Exotic Menu from the city of spices

  • Open course Sadhya which consists of rice with about 20 different accompaniments and desserts is the ceremonial meal of Kerala eaten usually on celebratory occasions including marriages Onam and Vishu. It is served on a plantain leaf.

  • Appam, Thalassery Biriyani, Pal Ada (Sweetened rice flakes porridge), elaneer payasam-( chilled tender coconut delicacy) and many more.
  • Furthermore, Visitors Can enjoy the Keralam food festival from 18 May to 27th May.  Furthermore the lunch timings will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. and the dinner timing will be 7:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.
