Sui Dhaaga is all set to release on 28th September 2018, it will clash with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Patakha. Today its a wrap for the film.
It stars Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles.

Sui Dhaaga is based on the Make In India campaign launched by the Indian Government in 2014.
Make In India is aiming at promoting the country’s indigenous textile industries.
Maneesh Sharma said “it is a heartwarming story of pride and self-reliance.”
He added,”This story finds its roots in the heart of India and reflects the passion that runs through the veins of every single Indian.”
Varun shared the moments on social media and we witnessed the entire team of Sui Dhaaga celebrating the film’s wrap. Varun in his mustache, chequered shirt avatar was busy capturing videos, and we did not get to see a glimpse of Anushka.
Anushka Sharma is playing the character of an embroider in the film who is wife of a tailor Mauji ( Varun Dhawan).
Film’s shooting is took place in Chanderi, Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.
Both the actors learnt stitching work for the film.
It calls on the passion of shaping one’s own destiny through the beautifully touching love story between the two central characters played by Varun and Anushka.
