Soorma is gaining Profit at Box-Office
The movie SOORMA is going up as days are passing by,
and hence the numbers have shown a 57.81 % growth.
On day 1, Soorma had collected Rs 3.20 crore.
On the second day of its release, Saturday, it was able to mint Rs 5.05 crore at the box office,
bringing the grand total of two days to Rs 8.25 crore.
Soorma is only getting competition from the Hollywood release,
Ant-Man and The Wasp at the box office.

Soorma’s co-producer is Chitrangada Singh. The actress, talking about the film, in an interview has said, ”
It is a very powerful story and since it is a biopic it should be told truthfully. Sometimes we do dramatise things and I had promised Sandeep that we would be truthful to his story. There is nothing we have added for the sake of cinema”. She also added, “Ninety percent of the film is true, just 10 percent is not because we couldn’t take names of certain people and we couldn’t get some permissions. There is no fake incident that has been created, it is all real,”
